Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just choose your dog breed click on it and browse,
and click on any items that you wish to buy and put
them into the shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection, click on "Order" and you
will be asked for a few details that we need to be
able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro Solo and
JCB. Back ordered items are not charged until they
are shipped. You may send your credit card information
via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We also accept Paypal Cheques and Postal orders.
Delivery Schedule
We aim deliver your order within 5 working days of
reciept of your order, if paying by credit or debit
card. For cheque payments please allow 10 working
days for cheque clearance. If we are out of stock
of the item you have ordered we will notify you a.s.a.p
and give you an expected delivery time.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will
back order for you. You will always be emailed with
the option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait.
Tax Charges All prices, where applicable are inclusive
of VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% for all orders
within the uk. Credit Card Security all credit card
numbers are encrypted in the software when the order
is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only
decrypted after they reach our computer. They are
not held in clear text on any web site.

to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping
site to keep track of the contents of your shopping
cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery
addresses if the address book is used and to store
your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data
collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site

c. Only disclose information to third-parties
for goods delivery purposes
EMBROIDERED CLOTHING / PERSONALISATION AND
ACCESSORIES.
All products are shown with the manufacturers guidelines
for sizing and colours. All items within these sections
are not returnable with exception to the following
reasons.
- We have supplied the wrong colour, size or embroidery
design or garment choice.
- We have mispelt any personalisation to your garment,
or used the wrong colours as per your order instructions.
- We will refund with 14 days of the goods being returned.
We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured
postal courier. If you do however recieve damaged
or faulty goods please inform us and we will then
arrange for a replacement to be sent.
All of our orders are embroidered usually with 48hrs
of reciept of design, if you have made a mistake during
the ordering process we would need to have confirmation
of this within 12hrs of ordering.
