T Shirt Printing

When selecting your t-shirt for printing you should consider:

a) What type of t-shirt should be used for your order?
b) What print method is being used to apply your design on to the T-Shirts?

Papillon understands that every client is different. Some people need cheap, disposable promotional T-shirts, whilst others need high quality, T-shirt which will last a long time and reflects their image.

Choosing the right t-shirt
Decide what you need the t-shirt to do, promotion or work environment or both. Does it need to be light or heavy weight, 100% cotton or a poly mix, how many color ways, does it need to be. Do you need to specific men’s or women’s styles, or unisex? Does it need to be ORGANIC or ETHICALLY PRODUCED?

Printing the t-shirt
Printing the t-shirts you have chosen. You can mix and match styles, colours and brands but we do have a minimum order of 10 items. Screen printing which has a time consuming process. This is our first choice as it is the most superior by far. The colours are bright and vibrant; the quality is excellent and washed at 40 degrees without problems.

Digital, Sublimation and heat transfer techniques can be used on light shirts with very complex designs.
